THE LAST PASTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS’ TRAINING SEMINARS OF 2022

We praise God for allowing us to finish the last PATS – Basic Course of this year. Last July 4-12, 2022, School of Tomorrow®, Philippines, hosted 36 trainees from all over the Philippines. The Basic Course program is designed for leaders of schools who are new to the system or those who are new to administrative responsibilities. During this time, the mandate of the government to go full face-to-face this coming school year has not yet been announced, so most of the discussion revolved around the possibility of continuing the RLC (Remote Learning Center) setup or how to comply with the School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) for the application of face-to-face modality.

The PATS-BC training started strong with a reminder from our Executive Director, Rev. Delbert Hooge, about the core principles behind the A.C.E. School of Tomorrow® system and why it has succeeded even under the global health crisis. Succeeding topics emphasized administrative concepts that will help new schools in implementing the unique procedures of the system. Seasoned speakers from different areas of ministry graced our training to share their wealth of experiences.

Here are some of the encouragement we received from the trainees:

  • The time I’ve spent during this training is so full. I am so blessed for the opportunity that God had given me to attend this webinar. I have learned a lot. Thank you to all the people who are involved in making this webinar a success! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
  • Thank you Lord for the knowledge and learnings gained! Also for all the speakers/Lecturers’ insights, the patience and kindness of the Learning Center Facilitators, and of course to Rev. Hoogie, Ptr. Erich, Ptr Celeste, and the all PATS BC Team, . I praise God for everyone who was part of this wonderful and beneficial training. One week of great experience. God bless us all! 🙂
  • It was a full-packed training. I thought it was too long but then, when doing the training it seems like time is not enough. Haha… I think all was excellent. Just keep up the good work and congratulations on a very successful PATS BC. Praise be to our Almighty God.
  • The key learning I have gained from today’s session “Building a Ministry Team” is the implementation of hiring and retention of staff for the coming school year. I learned that as a team we must be in agreement. The agreement is the foundation of all teams and decisions, no agreement, no team.

We praise God for all the trainees who committed their seven days to the training. We will be praying for good success for them as they open their school year.

Now that PATS-BC is done, we are preparing for PATS – Advanced Course, “EMPOWER!” This will be a 5-day intensive training on October 24-28, 2022, for all school heads who are up for retraining. Every five years, all key people in the administrative staff of the school are required to undergo this refresher course. Important lectures and vital PACE work await our trainees. Details will be posted soon on all our social media platforms and official websites.

All of our training, conferences, and conventions are centered on our main goal – To reach the world for Christ, one child at a time. The bigger focus of our training revolves around the Word of God. The A.C.E. School of Tomorrow® system is the main avenue of the gospel message to reach our kids, their families, and their community. Let us not neglect our duty to be EQUIPPED and be EMPOWERED for the Lord’s work.
