Updates and Fellowship Over Coffee

The Kapihan and Zoomustahan for the 2nd quarter of the year was a great time of virtual fellowship with Pastors and Administrators/Principals of schools using the A.C.E. School of Tomorrow® System in different parts of the Philippines and those in Cambodia. We are blessed to have 35 school heads from North Luzon, 67 from South Luzon, 51 from the Visayas, 24 from Mindanao, 60 from Metro Manila, and 12 from Cambodia. It was indeed a time of great fellowship and needed updates

We kicked off our Zoomustahan with prayer and a short opening remarks from one of our long-time consultants from the north, Pastor Alex Celeste. Then, a great reminder was given by Rev. Erich Bernard Santos, our Deputy Director, regarding staying still and claiming that God is God [no matter what happens, at the end of the day].  The challenge was simple and direct, as it applies to our current time of significant transitions from virtual to possible face-to-face operations for most of the schools. We also recognized the Field Consultants who are working with the schools in their respective areas and our in-house Field Representatives who are collaborating closely with our consultants. Updates of recently concluded programs, like the School Assistance Visit, were given by Mr. Christian Matthew Boholst. We praise the Lord that 99% of schools using the A.C.E. School of Tomorrow® System registered with SOT®P have been visited. That’s 450 out of 455 schools. Although 62 of the schools visited have temporarily closed or changed curriculum, we thank God for 376 active schools that have stayed despite the hardships. We are encouraged by your testimony and utter dependence on God’s grace as you continue with the mandate of Christian Education.

We know that this is a time of great transition for most schools as you prepare for the opening of School Year 2022-2023. The challenges that await you may seem unbearable at times, but the promise of God’s comfort and inevitable victory will never change. Our desire is to continue equipping and empowering you with scheduled training and conventions. That is why we have planned to hold our 2022 CET in person. We covet your prayers for the 3 legs that we have scheduled starting June 27 until the end of July. That is 21 venues all over the Philippines and 1 in Cambodia. We have stepped out in faith, claiming God’s favor over our plans.

The remaining events for this year were also mentioned, like Virtual EdCon in October and a Hybrid NSC in December. Yes, that is not a typo. We are planning to have most of our events in NSC face-to-face. This is in response to our initial survey with parents that want the old NSC fever back! More details regarding this will be released soon.

We want to thank everyone who took the time to join us virtually, and congratulations to our EARLY BIRD WINNERS! We are praying that our time of fellowship over coffee will not be confined to little boxes on-screen. Hopefully, in God’s perfect timing, we will have our KAPIHAN & KUMUSTAHAN face to face!
